Getting Support

If you're looking for support, please do the following:

  1. Browse the forums and search for your problem. It most probably has been reported and dealt with before in the forums.
  2. If you don't find your problem in the forums, read the Bug Reporting section of the online manual, and then post your problem in the appropriate forum thread.
  3. If you still don't get any feedback from the forums, go to the support page and take it from there or visit us in IRC.

IRC Channel

openlp.org has a channel on the Freenode IRC network: irc.freenode.net/#openlp.org. Go to the Live Chat page to join the IRC channel now.

For a more permanent connection, you can look at using the following IRC clients:

  • Windows users: X-Chat for Windows
  • Mac OS X users: Colloquy
  • Linux users: Most Linux distributions come bundled with an IRC client.

Note: Most of the folk in the IRC channel are around during the daylight and evening hours of GMT. If you need to speak to someone, you can ping superfly during the daylight hours of GMT+2, TRB143 and superfly during the evening hours of GMT, and wrst during the evening hours of CST.
